Trucker Cap
I've tested and bought an absurd number of trucker caps in six years, far more than I would wear if I was actually a trucker.
This is the best one. Does it have some bogus "wear and tear"? Yes.
But most importantly, it fits my dang head and doesn't make me look like a five-headed goombah.
I love it enough that I gave it away once, re-bought it, and am sure I'll give this one away too. Wash, Rinse, Repeat.
